  Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (Real Estate and Investment, Development Strategies and Economic Consulting) and the Cracow School of Business CUE. Since 2009, he has held managerial positions in investment companies, since 2014 in the energy and RES sector, and since 2016 also in capital investments. He has extensive management and supervisory experience in numerous companies listed on NewConnect (e.g. Ekipa Holding S.A., One More Level S.A., Ice Code Games S.A., Cosma S.A., Foothills S.A., Easycall.pl S.A.).

  Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice (Law). Doctoral candidate at the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia in the discipline of legal sciences and a trainee attorney-at-law. He gained professional experience in reputable law firms (including Skurska Pakuła, KNTM, KTW.Legal), and currently serves as Team Manager of the Corporate Law Practice. He sits on the supervisory boards of many listed companies, including as Chairman of Downstream S.A., and as a member of the board in Foothills S.A., Apollo Capital ASI S.A., and Spark VC ASI S.A.

Professionally active in marketing and public relations, currently as PR & Marketing Manager at TopLevelTennis.com Sp. z o.o. She has extensive supervisory experience in public companies, serving as Vice-Chairwoman of Downstream S.A., and Board Member in Easycall.pl S.A., Apollo Capital ASI S.A., Outdoorzy S.A., Foothills S.A., Advertigo S.A., and Universe S.A.

  Graduate of the University of Agriculture in Kraków (Management and Marketing). He has 15 years of experience in the financial sector, including over 3 years as Director of the Client Service Point at the brokerage house headquarters. He worked, among others, at Dom Maklerski IDMSA and Dom Maklerski BOŚ S.A. Since 2019, he has been an Investor Relations Specialist at JR HOLDING ASI S.A. He sits on the supervisory boards of listed companies, including Columbus Energy S.A., Arena.pl S.A., Synerga.fund S.A., ALL IN! Games S.A., and Beskidzkie Biuro Inwestycyjne S.A.

  Graduate of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University (Law). Lawyer and administrative specialist. She gained professional experience, among others, at Kancelaria Adwokacka Struzik, Winkler s.c. and Schwitzke Górski Sp. z o.o. Since 2019, she has been associated with JR HOLDING ASI S.A. She has extensive supervisory experience in public companies, sitting on the supervisory boards of companies such as Ekipa Holding S.A., Synerga.fund S.A., Advertigo S.A., Ice Code Games S.A., and Apollo Capital ASI S.A.
